MopStar is an online directory that connects customers with local cleaners. We facilitate introductions only. We are not an agency, employer, or contractor, and we do not arrange, manage, or take responsibility for any work carried out between customers and cleaners.
To create a listing on MopStar, you must register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that contain false or misleading information.

MopStar does not vet, check, or endorse any cleaner listed on the platform. Listings are self-submitted and we make no guarantees about the qualifications, experience, or conduct of any cleaner.
It is your responsibility as a customer to satisfy yourself before engaging any cleaner. We encourage you to read recommendations on their profile, ask questions, and take any other steps you consider appropriate before agreeing to work.
Customers can leave recommendations on professional profiles. Recommendations must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove any recommendation that we consider to be false, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
Listing on MopStar is currently free. We will contact registered cleaners by email before any paid plans are introduced, and you will never be charged without first agreeing to a subscription.
When paid plans are introduced, subscriptions will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
MopStar provides a platform for introductions only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from contact or work arranged through the platform. This includes but is not limited to disputes over quality of work, payments, or personal injury.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without notice where necessary to protect other users or the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
