MopStar is an online platform that connects domestic cleaners with clients looking for cleaning services in their area.

Do you arrange the cleaning appointment for me?
No. MopStar is a platform that connects you directly with cleaners. Once you find a cleaner you like, you must contact them to schedule your appointment and make arrangements.
Do you vet cleaners?

MopStar is a networking platform to allow customers to find a cleaner in their area.

We do not vet and so it is up to you to make sure you are happy with your cleaner before you engage their services.

MopStar has a recommendation system, and we encourage customers to leave and read feedback about cleaners they've engaged.

For Cleaners

How do I register as a cleaner?
Click Create Account in the navigation bar and fill out your profile. Registration is free.
How much does it cost to list on MopStar?
Listing is currently free while we grow the platform. When paid plans are introduced, pricing will be £9 per month or £96 per year (save £12 with annual). You will be given plenty of notice before any charges apply.
Will I be charged without warning?
No. We will contact you by email before any paid plans are introduced. You will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.
